Privacy

When you say you will fill a cup, we store your email, the first name and country if you gave them, and the time. We use them for one thing: one email when the first machine pours, with your cup's receipt. No newsletters, no sharing, no selling, no profiling.

Your cup's page shows its number and the date it was reserved. It never shows your name or email.

This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking that needs a banner. If analytics are added they will be cookieless and say so here. Analytics are on, cookieless, and count pages and three events: a hold, a pour, a pledge. Nothing about you.

To see, change or delete what we hold, write to us and we do it. The data is held on servers in the European Union or under equivalent safeguards; the responsible entity and its address are added here when counsel confirms them.

Terms

Saying you will fill a cup is a promise, not a payment. Nothing is charged. When the first machine pours we will ask, and you can decline.

Numbers on this site carry a date and a source, and illustrative numbers say they are examples. Pictures of the machine, the capsule and the cup are renders until the first photographs.

Children and photographs

A child-safeguarding policy sits above everything this site shows. No identifiable child appears without written guardian consent, with the right to withdraw. We never publish generated images of children. Before any image ships, one question: if this were my child, would I be proud of this photo?

The entity

The registered entity, its charitable registration and the donation disclaimer are added here when counsel confirms them. Until then no donation is taken.
